Mr. Nikos Bogatinis is a seasoned Operations and Supply Chain Executive with a strong background in both engineering and business management. He holds a degree in Production and Management Engineering from the Technical University of Crete and an MBA, combining technical expertise with strategic leadership capabilities.
With over 28 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments, he has successfully led end-to-end operations across Production, Logistics, Supply, Maintenance and Quality, consistently driving performance improvement and operational transformation.
From 1997 to 2006, he served in senior management roles at a leading aluminum manufacturing company, overseeing Production, Logistics, Supply, Quality Control and Quality Assurance, while also providing consulting services in process optimization and quality systems improvement.
Between 2007 and 2012, he was Operations Director at a major puff pastry manufacturing company, leading strategic planning, organizational development and performance management across all key operational domains — including Production, Logistics, Supply, Quality and Maintenance.
Since 2013, Mr. Bogatinis has been Operations and Supply Chain Director at Agrino S.A., where he is responsible for the end-to-end management and strategic coordination of all Operations and Supply Chain functions. He oversees the key operational pillars of Production, Logistics, Supply, Maintenance and Quality across all company sites.
His leadership is defined by a commitment to operational excellence, process innovation and sustainable business performance. With a strong focus on cost efficiency, continuous improvement and supply chain agility, he has played a pivotal role in enhancing Agrino’s competitive advantage and organizational resilience in an evolving market landscape.
