Paper Submission

We happy to announce that the conference proceeding will be published as a CCIS post-proceedings volume

We welcome the submission of original research, case studies, technical developments, reviews, analytical, and assessment papers that explore a wide array of supply chain management topics.

For presenters submitting a scientific paper to the Conference, at least one of the authors must be registered for the paper to be presented and included in the Conference Proceedings. Each Conference registration allows submission of up to two papers.

Contributions from all disciplines related to logistics and supply chain operations are encouraged. Indicative topics include, but are not limited to:

Transportation and freight management

Warehouse operations and inventory control

International and regional logistics networks

Maritime and port logistics

Supply chain information systems (ERP, WMS, CRM)

ICT applications in logistics

Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, and automation

Artificial intelligence and machine learning in SCM

Data analytics and big data in logistics

Remote sensing and traceability solutions

Quality assurance and management systems

Green logistics, reverse logistics, and circular economy models

Sustainability and environmental impact in supply chains

Researchers, professionals, and academics are encouraged to participate in shaping the future of supply chain management by presenting original work that explores the intersections of economy, technology, environment, and society.

Authors may submit abstracts or full papers for oral or poster presentations. All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

Acceptance Notification: October 30 2025

according to Springer CCIS format to be consided for publication  


Extended Abstracts should be:

Submitted in English

4-5 pages in length

structured clearly, indicating the theoretical framework, the research design, the methods used and the key results


Final Paper submission should be:

Submitted in English according to Springer CCIS formatto be considered for publication

Up to 14 pages structured clearly, indicating the theoretical framework, the research design, the methods used and the key results

follow the Springer CCIS format based on Submission guidelines
