Apostolos Kenanidis began his career as an electrical engineer in one of Greece’s leading industrial groups before moving into public service, where he became active in politics at both regional and national levels. In parallel, he founded his own company in international road transport, gaining first-hand experience of the sector’s operational realities.

Recognizing the strategic challenges and opportunities within the industry, he  brought together his technical background, business insight, and political experience to contribute to the work of the Hellenic Federation of Road Transport (OFAE). He has served as its President since 2008, leading initiatives aimed at strengthening, modernizing, and promoting the Greek road transport sector.

Today, Mr. Kenanidis is widely regarded as a committed and forward-thinking leader, dedicated to driving the industry’s development at both national and international level.
